“High End Sony ST-5950 SD AM/FM Stereo Tuner - Tested & Working. Top of line Sony tuner sold from 1977-82. FM and AM working on both channels, sound is clear in both channels. Signal Strength and Tuning meters working, Stereo light and FM Dolby light working. dial pointer and dial glass lights working. All controls operate smoothly and quietly. Cosmetically the faceplate and wood panel sides in very good condition near mint. The top however does have visible stains and the front top edge also has a stain and light scratch (see photos). Also please note the meter lights are burnt out, and the tuner should be serviced to realign and tune it up for optimum performance. The stereo light and Muting control is not working on all stations. As with all vintage electronics sold in as-is condition.”
